SOULFIT - WHAT AN AMAZING TRAINING VENUE!

I had the greatest pleasure to train Maria Butlin and Eliza Quinlan @elizaquinlan_ at Soul Fit on Tuesday

Well what an amazing place to do a training course, I was totally overwhelmed as I drove through the gated entrance on Hever Golf Course, based in Edenbridge I spotted @uksoulfit a brand new Health and Wellness centre, my breath was totally taken away it was just so idyllic.

On entering the building I was shown around by the new owners, but wait, it was not only a gorgeous venue from outside, the gym was totally state of the art, and I mean state of the art, nothing I had ever seen before, with the added bonus of a newly finished coffee shop which was so appealing, I just wanted to stay all day.

BUT WAIT, there was more to come, I was shown around the physio room and the hot spot area, for business use and then as I turned the corner I was greeted by a sunken jacuzzi, sauna, steam and a SALT ROOM OMG!!! This is when I wished I lived closer to this amazing venue.

Soul fit have a beautiful block of wooden chalets for small businesses that offer, Spray Tans to which we are so pleased to be offering Sunless Solutions here, a hairdressers, make up artist, pedicure area and everything beauty, its a total little hidden gem.

The outside area has an outside Yoga area which is currently under construction and a bbq area… I was totally in love! @UKSOULFIT when can I come back??
